Do Opodo offer NHS discounts?
No, unfortunately Opodo is not offering an NHS discount at the moment. There are ways you can still save money with them though! You can find that their holiday packages will save you money.

Can I get a refund from Opodo?
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis with Opodo. You have to also authorise Opodo to obtain a tax refund. Some things on the Opodo site are booked on a third party basis, which can be hard to get a refund from, but Opodo will try their best for you!
Note: If a refund is issued to you then it will only be payable back to the original form of payment. These refunds are never promised as individual companies will have different policies in regards to refunds.

Is Opodo ATOL protected?
ATOL protection is not currently provided by Opodo. Instead Opodo uses the Spanish Financial Protection Scheme. If you want to check the protection rules, then we’d suggest researching this personally.
