Marks and Spencer does not currently offer a specific NHS or Blue Light Card discount. Their Sparks loyalty card is the most reliable way to access personalised offers and rewards. New Sparks members receive a 10% welcome discount on their first purchase.
What is the M&S Sparks card?
Sparks is M&S’s free loyalty scheme. Members earn points on purchases which convert into rewards, and receive personalised offers based on their shopping history. Sparks members can also enter prize draws and access member-only promotions. Register on the M&S website to sign up.
How to use an M&S discount code
Add your chosen items to your basket on the M&S website and proceed to checkout. Enter your promotion code in the Promotion Code box before completing payment and the discount will be applied to your order total. Check the terms of any code before applying as some have minimum spend requirements or product exclusions.
Does M&S offer free delivery?
Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50. Orders below that threshold start from £3.50. Click and Collect is free from any M&S store. Returns can be made in store free of charge.
