Sherlock: The Official Live Game is an immersive escape room experience based on the BBC television series, currently operating at West 12 Shopping Centre in Shepherd’s Bush, London. The experience previously offered an NHS concession rate, though this should be confirmed directly on the booking website as the operation has changed hands. Current deals are shown at the top of this page.
Does Sherlock: The Official Live Game offer an NHS discount
The experience previously offered a concession rate for NHS staff, selected by choosing the NHS concession option during the online booking process and presenting valid NHS ID on arrival. The original operator, The Game is Now Ltd, ceased trading and entered insolvency proceedings. The experience has since been relaunched under new management at the same venue. Whether the NHS concession pricing continues under the current operator should be confirmed on the official booking website at sherlockescaperooms.com before booking.
What is the Sherlock experience
Sherlock: The Official Live Game is a private escape room experience for groups of two to six players. The experience runs for approximately 100 minutes and takes place across themed sets based on the BBC Sherlock television series. The game includes original audio and video content from cast members including Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman and Andrew Scott. Players work as a team to solve puzzles and complete a case before time runs out.
The Mind Palace bar
The experience is followed by access to The Mind Palace, a Sherlock-themed cocktail bar within the venue. A VIP upgrade is available at an additional cost per person, which includes a cocktail or mocktail and a Network Agent badge. The bar is open to non-players as a standalone visit for cocktail and afternoon tea experiences.
Location and booking
The venue is located on the ground floor of West 12 Shopping Centre, Shepherd’s Bush Green, London W12 8PP. The nearest Underground stations are Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) and Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith and City line). Tickets are booked in advance online through the official website. Groups of fewer than four may be combined with other players into a shared session. For other London experience options, NHS staff can also compare deals at the London Eye and Madame Tussauds.
