What Schuh Imperfects are
Schuh Imperfects are shoes that cannot be sold through standard Schuh channels due to a minor cosmetic imperfection such as a slight scuff, discolouration, or mark. The imperfection does not affect the structural integrity or wearability of the shoe. Each product listing includes photos of the specific pair being sold, along with a written description of the imperfection or imperfections present. The more significant the imperfection, the greater the discount applied. Items may not arrive in original branded packaging.
Brands available and product condition
All brands currently stocked at Schuh have a chance of appearing in the Imperfects section, including Schuh own-brand, Adidas, Birkenstock, Converse, and UGG. Stock is limited and changes frequently as new imperfect pairs are added. Each listing is unique, so availability of specific brands, sizes, and styles cannot be predicted in advance. The full current selection is on the Schuh Imperfects website. Returns are accepted under Schuh’s standard return policy, though imperfect pairs cannot be exchanged for another pair. Returns must be made by post rather than in-store.
Returns and delivery at Schuh Imperfects
Free standard delivery applies on all Schuh orders over £25. A delivery fee applies on orders below that threshold, with a range of delivery speed options available at additional cost.
