Wiggle does not currently offer a specific NHS or Blue Light Card discount. The brand went into administration in late 2023 and was subsequently acquired by Frasers Group, the parent company of Sports Direct and Evans Cycles, which relaunched the website in March 2024. Wiggle and the Frasers Group acquisition
Wiggle CRC, the combined entity formed after Wiggle merged with Chain Reaction Cycles, entered administration in October 2023 following a period of significant financial difficulty. Frasers Group acquired the Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles brand names and intellectual property for under £10 million in early 2024, and relaunched both websites later that month.
The relaunched Wiggle website operates under the Frasers Group umbrella alongside Evans Cycles and Sports Direct, with product ranges from across the group now available on the site. The old orange branding was reinstated at relaunch. No dedicated NHS discount scheme was in place under the previous ownership and none has been introduced under Frasers Group.
What Wiggle sells
The Wiggle range covers cycling, running, swimming, and outdoor products. Bikes, components, clothing, shoes, nutrition, and accessories are all stocked, with brands from across the Frasers Group network including Evans Cycles lines alongside the own-brand Wiggle ranges such as dhb, Lifeline, and Nukeproof.
Saving at Wiggle without an NHS discount
Seasonal sales and clearance pricing are the main routes to savings. Wiggle runs promotional events throughout the year, and the clearance section lists reduced lines across bikes, clothing, and accessories.
